Around half a century ago, a village boy from rural Malaysia started his first step on a path to become a qualified actuary. Mr. Tan Suee Chieh has big dreams of achieving great success and fulfilment in the actuarial profession. He has overcome many challenges and he is now the first Asian President of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
