Our annual flagship event, the LSE Actuarial Conference, is back once again for the 9th year running! This year, we will be running a brand new event, the LSE Actuarial Case Competition alongside with our conference. Registrations are open to all students studying in the United Kingdom.

Proudly sponsored by SCOR and co-sponsored by IFOA, the LSE Actuarial Case Competition 2022 aims to provide an opportunity for teams of students to apply new methodologies, actuarial knowledge, and industrial insight gained throughout the week to solve real-world problems. Teams work together on a case provided to conduct actuarial analysis, formulate, and present their solutions. Top 7 finalists are invited to present to a panel of professionals for top awards.

Note:
1) Participants are allowed to register as a team of 3 to 5 members.
2) Participants can also sign up as individuals or pairs and teams will be randomly allocated.
3) Confirmation email will be sent once the registration for this case competition closes.

P.S. You DO NOT need to be a student studying Actuarial Science to participate. Just a genuine interest in solving case studies and learning more about the actuarial field would do - we will be having workshops and briefings throughout the week to guide you through the process.
