We are honored to invite speakers from ING to share their working experiences in their respective departments. Speakers line-up includes:

Carolyn Rajaratnam
After graduating from Southampton University with a BSc in Mathematics with Actuarial Science, Carolyn launched her career at Barclays Life on their Actuarial Graduate programme and subsequently worked at Standard and Poor’s. Carolyn is a fully qualified actuary and she is currently working at ING as the Director of Insurance Sector Finance.

Steven Sinclair
Steven is the Human Resources Business Partner of ING. Being in the HR sector for more than 10 years and has previously worked for Vodafone and BNY Mellon, he has extensive experience in managing employee relations and recruitment activity, and implementing effective business-driven HR policies.

Rajesh Dash
Rajesh is currently working at ING as the Head of Proptech Lab. ING labs combine corporate innovation and entrepreneurial experience and the ING Proptech lab focuses on transforming the way properties are bought, sold, financed and managed and thrusting real estate into the future.

Neal Abhyankar
Neal is the Vice President of Insurance Sector Finance at ING. He holds a BSc in Economics and Management and had worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Throughout his career he had worked in the credit risk sector, analysing credit risks covering insurance counterparties in EMEA.
