Our annual flagship event, Actuarial Conference, is back! Previously postponed in March, we are happy to announce that the conference will now be taking place online in October. Not only is it our biggest event but it is also the largest student-run actuarial conference in the United Kingdom.

This year, our theme is ‘Breaking the Norm, Bridging the Gap’. We aspire to introduce new, emerging opportunities in the actuarial market aside from the traditional paths most actuaries tread. Going against the grain, this conference aims to break the misconception that actuaries are constrained within a single industry. Whether it’s insurance, technology or investment, this event also aims to make adaptation of AI much easier for anyone with an interest in the actuarial career.
