Hosted by the LSESU Actuarial Society, the Actuarial Conference 2019 is the largest student-run actuarial conference in the United Kingdom. It will focus on analysing current issues surrounding insurance, technology, and investment from an actuarial perspective. Held for the 6th year running, the theme this year is 'Redefining the Future', where the conference aims to discuss how technology and the changing risk landscape is shaping both the actuarial field and the interdepending industries such as consulting, investment, reinsurance and healthcare. The conference comprises of several speaker presentations, networking sessions and a workshop.
